Assessment

Stakeholder usage briefing

A facilitated reading of an existing usage picture — ours or yours — for a mixed room of product, operations, and engineering who do not share a vocabulary for model calls.

Two people in discussion across a table with notebooks

Who it is for

Teams that already have a report, an invoice pack, or an internal usage note, and need one shared reading so decisions are not made from three conflicting summaries.

What you leave with

A room that can point to the same invocation sites and the same open questions. We leave a one-page record of what was agreed and what remains disputed.

Scope

One briefing of up to two hours, plus a short preparatory read of the materials you send.

Included

  • Preparatory read of the report, invoices, or notes you provide
  • A facilitated session in Petaling Jaya or by call
  • A one-page record of agreements and unresolved points

Not included

  • Producing a new usage assessment during the session
  • Coaching for a board pack beyond the one-page record

Who does the work

Priya Menon facilitates. Aisha Rahman attends when the source report is ours.

Sequence

  1. Read ahead. We read what you already have. If it cannot support a briefing, we say so and stop.
  2. Sit the room. We walk the call inventory, then the disputed items, then the questions nobody can answer yet.
  3. Leave a record. One page, sent the next working day.

Duration

Preparatory read in two to four days; session on an agreed morning or afternoon.

Where it happens

Our SS15 meeting table, your office in the Klang Valley, or a call if the room is split across sites.

What to prepare

The source document, a list of attendees and their roles, and any question that must be settled in the room.

Limits

We will not brief from a spreadsheet with no legend. If the materials cannot support a shared reading, we decline the date.

Fee basis

From RM 1,800 per session. Travel inside the Klang Valley is included; other Malaysian cities are quoted.

Next step

Propose a week and send the document you want read.
