Privacy notice
This notice describes how Model Vertex Point handles personal data when you use the website, send an enquiry, or commission a usage assessment of an AI-assisted app.
The data controller is Model Vertex Point, 1 10 Jln Ss15/4B Ss15 Petaling Jaya,Petaling Jaya,Selangor,47500,Malaysia. Contact info@modelvertexpoint.digital or +60356373296. We process personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and this notice.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, the assessment you have in mind, an optional count of model-backed screens, an optional preferred week, and your message. From email or phone: whatever you choose to send. During an engagement: counterpart names, job titles, and the minimum contact detail needed to schedule sittings. We do not ask for identity card numbers, payment card numbers, or health information on this website.
Logs and traces you provide for an assessment may contain personal data about your users. You are the party who decides what to send. We ask for redaction before transfer unless a supervised sitting is agreed. We treat those materials as confidential client records, not as marketing lists.
Cookies
See the cookies page. Essential storage remembers your cookie choice. Analytics cookies run only if you accept.
Purposes and legal basis
We use enquiry data to reply, to prepare an estimate, and to keep a record of what was asked. We use engagement data to perform the contracted work, to invoice, and to meet record-keeping duties. We rely on steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in running a small professional practice. Where the PDPA requires consent for a specific use, we ask.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months, then deleted, unless a longer period is required to evidence a declined engagement. Contracts, reports, and invoices are kept for seven years. Assessment working files (logs you sent) are deleted within ninety days after the walkthrough, unless you ask us in writing to retain a copy or a dispute is open. Cookie choice is stored in your browser until you clear it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share contact details with an accountant or lawyer bound to confidentiality, or with a host that stores email. If a sitting happens at your office, your own colleagues will see who attended. We do not use enquiry data to build advertising audiences.
International transfers
Our office and primary files are in Malaysia. Email or document hosts may store replicas outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we use providers who offer contractual protections appropriate to the PDPA. If you cannot allow any transfer, say so before sending logs; we can restrict work to supervised sitting sessions in Petaling Jaya.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner in Malaysia. We may need to verify the request. Some records must be kept even if you ask us to stop marketing-like contact; we do not run marketing lists in any case.
Children
This site and our assessments are aimed at professional counterparts, not at children. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. The date of the current text is 18 August 2026.
