Fees follow the inventory, not a plan name
Every figure below is a starting point in Malaysian ringgit. The written estimate after intake is the fee that matters. Nothing on this page is a checkout.
We quote after we know the app, the likely number of invocation sites, and whether traces already exist. A composer-only product with clean request IDs is a different sitting from an app with eight background jobs and timestamp-only logs.

What the estimate needs from you
App name, a rough count of model-backed screens, whether logs can leave the building, and a week you can grant access. If you cannot yet count the screens, say so — that is already a finding, and it belongs on the estimate as extra inventory time, not as optimism.
Deposits
We ask for 40% of the agreed fee to hold a start week. The balance is due on delivery of the written artefact, before the walkthrough. Briefings are payable in full to confirm the date. See the refund page for cancellations and work already started.
What we do not bill
There is no monthly access charge, no seat licence, and no surcharge for reading the report twice. If we cannot observe the app, we do not keep the deposit beyond time already spent on intake, as described in the refund terms.
